After initial issues with asbestos removal, high level drainage within the basement car park, non standard concrete floor construction and a heightened level of security due to the adjacent Casino operation, SDM successfully combined the professional team and subsequent contractors resulting in a sumptuous Lounge, with integrated state of the art Electronic Gaming Machines, a Cocktail Bar and Waitress Food Service.
